You will always receive an order confirmation and a notification when your payment has been registered.
Shipping Time
After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
I do my best to send your beauty products as quickly as possible so you don't have to wait long.
Shipping Method & Tracking
Orders are shipped via a reliable parcel service.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so you can track exactly when your beauty goodies will arrive.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
For certain promotions or a minimum order amount, shipping may be free.
Delivery
The standard delivery time is 1-3 business days after shipping.
Total delivery time depends on the parcel service, but you will always be kept informed of any delays.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Always check that your address details are correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

Please report this within 48 hours of receipt, along with a photo and a short description. I will gladly resolve this quickly and carefully for you.
