Berberine is one of the most studied substances in the plant world. Vitals uses berberine HCl from the root of Berberis aristata, without unnecessary fillers: only rice starch and a vegetable capsule.

How to use it

1 to 2 capsules per day, with a meal and a glass of water. Be sure to take it with food, not on an empty stomach.

What I would like to share with you

Berberine is not a magic bullet on its own. I use it as part of a program, alongside nutrition and exercise. Are you taking medication, especially for diabetes or blood pressure, or are you pregnant or breastfeeding? If so, do not take it without first consulting me or your GP.
