What is in the box

Two boxes of sixteen ampoules, a jar of KrillCare, a pack of Glorious Detox, a brochure with the full plan and recipes, and guidance from your ResetPlus expert. The actual plan is preceded by a startup period of one to two weeks.

Per ampoule: 48 micrograms of chromium (120% of the reference intake), 500 mg of L-carnitine, and 16 mg of L-carnosine.

What I am allowed to say about it

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. That is the only health claim permitted for this composition. The rest of what used to be in this text, regarding gut health, immunity, hormonal balance, and natural weight, is not allowed and is therefore no longer included.

For whom

For those not looking for a three-week diet, but for a different eating pattern that lasts. The plan requires that you actually cook differently for a month, and for most people, that is the hardest part. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not without consulting your doctor if you are taking medication.

How it works

You begin with a startup week in which you gradually adjust your diet. This is followed by the actual thirty-two-day program, with an ampoule under the tongue each morning and the rest according to the plan in the brochure. Guidance is included: this is not a package you order and then have to figure out on your own.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, or ongoing medical treatment.

What I would like to pass on to you

I am honest about what this package costs and what it requires. It is an investment, and most of the work is not in the ampoules, but in your kitchen. If you don't open the brochure, you are essentially just buying expensive ampoules.

What always strikes me about people who successfully complete this: they are rarely the ones with the most motivation in week one. They are the ones who have thought in advance about when they go grocery shopping and what they eat on the evenings when things don't go as planned. That is boring advice, but it is the advice that makes the difference.

And don't expect a miracle in two weeks. Thirty-two days is short enough to stick with it and long enough to change something, but what comes after determines whether it lasts.
