Description
Only after consultation. I provide this product after a consultation, to ensure it matches what your skin needs. Feel free to send me a message or book a free intake, and we can look at it together.
A nourishing oil for skin that feels chapped and tight, no matter how much cream you apply.
Why it works
Dry skin and dehydrated skin are not the same thing, and that difference determines whether or not a product works. Dehydrated skin lacks water. Lipid-dry skin lacks fats, and you can keep applying watery products to it without results. This oil addresses the latter: it is formulated to closely match the fats your skin produces itself, with soybean oil, oat kernel oil, evening primrose oil, rosehip seed oil, and parsley seed oil, supplemented with vitamin E as an antioxidant.
As a result, the moisture trapped beneath the oil stays where it belongs, rather than evaporating. The oil itself is thin and absorbs quickly; it does not leave a heavy residue.
For whom
For chapped, thirsty skin, for skin that feels taut after winter or after a treatment, and for those who easily become red and flushed. Even if your skin is oilier than average, an oil can be beneficial: skin that produces a lot of sebum is sometimes simply skin that is producing the wrong type of fat.
How to use it
After your cleanser and serums. First, spray a mist over your face; do not wait for it to dry, and then massage a few drops of oil into the still-damp skin. That is the detail that makes the difference: oil on dry skin stays on the surface, while oil on damp skin locks that moisture in. Follow with your cream.
What I’d like to point out
Three drops. No more. I see people pour half a pipette into their palm and then complain that it's sticky, when the product itself is not at fault. Rub the drops between your hands, press them into your face instead of rubbing, and give it a minute. What I also notice: the very clients who were afraid of oil for years because they thought they had oily skin are often the ones whose skin calms down the fastest.
Not sure if your skin is dehydrated or lipid-dry? Feel free to send me a message; that is exactly something we can look at together.
