Description
The first Restart cookbook: forty recipes, from breakfast to dessert, designed to fit within the Restart program.
What you'll find inside
Forty recipes, developed by Chloé Lauwers, known for chloekookt. The dishes are designed for four people, and the quantities are specified exactly, as they may vary depending on the phase of the program. For most vegetables, you can have as much as you like, and that is clearly stated as well.
The recipes are kept simple, with the intention that you use them as a base. In the first week, follow them exactly as written; after that, you will naturally start to vary them.
For whom
For those starting a Restart and getting stuck on the question of what to put on the table tonight. But also for those who have nothing to do with a program and are simply looking for a book with simple, vegetable-focused dishes. You don't need to be on a diet to get something out of this.
What I would like to share with you
I am now convinced that the reason people drop out of a nutritional program is rarely a lack of motivation. It's six o'clock on a Thursday evening, with an empty fridge and no ideas. That’s where it goes wrong, not in your head.
That is why I recommend this book more often than any supplement. Open it on Sunday, pick four dishes, and write your grocery list. That half hour on Sunday is what will get you through the rest of the week.
And a second thing: cook for the whole family. The dishes are made for four people, and that is no coincidence. Cooking separately is not sustainable for anyone.
Questions about which of the three books suits you best? Feel free to send me a message.
