Glo Skin Beauty Powder Blush Brush

A dome-shaped brush with soft fibers, for blush, bronzer, and highlighter. Synthetic and vegan.

What it's for

The rounded head fits the curve of your cheek, which allows the color to blend out softly on its own instead of creating a harsh line. The same shape also works for bronzer and powder highlighter, so it's more versatile than the name suggests.

How to use it

Pick up the color, tap off any excess on the back of your hand, and sweep lightly over the apples of your cheeks toward your temples. If you want more color, apply a second layer instead of pressing harder: the harder you press, the less the bristles fan out and the sharper the edge.

A tip from me

Wash it every two weeks with mild soap in lukewarm water, bristles facing down so that no water gets into the metal ferrule where the glue is. Reshape it into its dome form and let it dry flat with the head hanging over the edge of a towel.

A blush brush will drag along the previous color if you don't wash it. You notice this first on light skin: you apply pink and brown comes out because your bronzer is still in it.
