Description
Description
A four-step home routine for an uneven skin tone with pigment spots. M.E.L.A. stands for exactly that skin concern: sun spots, spots that have appeared after pregnancy or due to the pill, and dark spots left behind by a pimple.
What's inside
Four products from pHformula. 100 ml E.X.F.O. cleanse, a cleanser that gently exfoliates right away. 30 ml A.C.T.I.V.E. formula for the evening. 30 ml M.E.L.A. recovery, the treatment for the morning. And 50 ml P.O.S.T. recovery cream, the cream applied on top in both the morning and evening.
For whom
For you if your skin tone no longer looks even. Brown spots on your cheekbones and forehead from years of sun, a spot that appeared during your pregnancy or after starting the pill, or spots that remain long after the pimple itself is gone. You notice it especially if you need foundation to even everything out.
Also for someone you might not immediately expect: those with light skin who see pigment as a summer issue. Pigment doesn't just come from vacations, and it fades slowly.
How to use it
Your morning: cleanse with E.X.F.O. cleanse, then M.E.L.A. recovery, followed by P.O.S.T. recovery cream. Your evening: cleanse again, then A.C.T.I.V.E. formula, and P.O.S.T. recovery cream on top again.
The detail where things go wrong with pigment: the sunscreen. Every day, even in November, even in the office by the window, and reapply if you are outside for a long time. Without it, you are working against yourself. And don't be tempted to add extra scrubs or acid-based products; that is not what your skin needs here.
What I would like to tell you
A homecare kit is part of a plan that we build together, not something separate. What you do at home and what we do in the clinic reinforce each other. That is why I prefer to prepare such a kit only after I have seen your skin.
And be patient: pigment is the slowest thing we work with. Count on months rather than weeks, and on step-by-step progress rather than all at once. What I see in the clinic: those who apply sunscreen every day and stick to the routine make more progress than those who occasionally do everything at once and then leave it for weeks.
Are you in doubt whether this suits your skin? Feel free to send me a message, and we will look into it together.
