A nourishing 50 ml night cream for skin that is starting to feel looser and looks less rested in the morning than it used to.

Why it works

The formula focuses on two things at once. Antioxidants such as vitamin E and vitamin C in the form of magnesium ascorbyl phosphate neutralize the stress your skin accumulates during the day: sun, heating, pollution, lack of sleep. It also contains peptides, specifically palmitoyl tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7. These are short protein fragments that make the skin appear firmer over time.

The fact that this is explicitly a night cream has a reason. During the day, your skincare has to compete with makeup, sunscreen, and everything else you encounter outdoors. At night, your skin has nothing else to do. The texture is rich and soft thanks to safflower oil, squalane, and aloe vera, yet it absorbs without leaving residue on your pillowcase.

For whom

For those who notice that their skin feels thinner and looser, that fine lines linger longer in the morning, or that the facial contour has become softer. Also suitable if your skin flushes easily or if you have visible fine capillaries: this cream is nourishing without being harsh.

How to use it

In the evening, as the final step. Cleanse first, then apply your drops, serums, or oils, and finish with two to three pumps on your face, neck, and décolleté. Follow with a mist and massage until fully absorbed. The cream spreads much more easily on slightly damp skin, and you will need less of it.

A tip from me

Most people use too much night cream and not enough on their neck. Two pumps are sufficient for your entire face, and that third pump belongs on your neck and décolleté, applied in upward motions towards your ears. Also, be patient: a peptide-rich cream cannot be judged after a week. Count on six weeks before you see the difference in the mirror, and keep in mind that someone who hasn't seen you for a month will often notice it sooner than you will.
