Marc Inbane - Natural Tanning Mousse (150ml)

A 150 ml self-tanning mousse with hyaluronic acid, for a color that lasts up to nine days.

Why it works

A mousse applies thicker than a spray, and that has two advantages: you can see exactly where you are applying it, and the color lasts longer. Up to nine days, according to the manufacturer.

The formula is alcohol-free and contains hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture, plus Arlasolve, an ingredient that allows the product to be absorbed evenly and blend with your own skin tone. The latter is why the color looks soft and doesn't sit on your skin like a mask.

The texture is silky smooth and dries quickly.

For those who want their color to last longer than a spray, and for those who like to see what they are doing during application. Great for drier skin due to the alcohol-free, hydrating nature.

How to use it

Apply to cleansed, dry skin using the Marc Inbane Glove or the Body Brush. Work in sections, using long, fluid motions. Let it dry thoroughly before getting dressed, and avoid contact with water.

What I'd like to share with you

Nine days of color sounds like a benefit, and it is—until you apply too much at once. Because then you're stuck with it for nine days. It's better to build it up in two layers over two days than to do it all in one evening.

Exfoliate the day before, and moisturize knees, elbows, and ankles just before application. Those drier areas absorb more color, which is where it goes wrong for almost everyone.

And as with any self-tanner: this is color, not protection. You still need your sunscreen.
