Glo Skin Beauty Luminous Brightening Concealer - Banana

A liquid concealer with an applicator that covers dark circles and blemishes while simultaneously restoring light to areas where your skin looks dull.

Why it works

Most concealers only provide coverage. That is exactly why you often still look tired under your eyes: you’ve added a flat, dull layer. This formula contains diamond powder, which diffuses light instead of reflecting it back flatly. This restores softness to the area where you apply it and erases the appearance of hollows.

The coverage is light to medium and remains flexible: it doesn't settle into the fine lines under your eyes. It also contains mineral pigments for color and an antioxidant complex with vitamins C and E.

For whom

For dark circles, a dull area around the nose, blemishes you want to mute, and angles of your face you want to brighten. For all skin types.

Also great if you don't wear foundation: a little bit where needed, nothing else, and you already look more rested.

How to use it

Apply it directly with the applicator and blend with a brush or your ring finger, using tapping motions. If you want to correct, apply it under your foundation. If you are touching up a spot, apply it over the top.

For extra light: add a dash to your cheekbones, your brow bone, and the bridge of your nose, and gently tap to blend.

About this shade

Banana is a light to medium shade with a warm, golden-yellow undertone.

My tips

What I see go wrong most often under the eyes: too much product, and applied too low. Apply it in a small triangle high against your lower lash line and blend it downward, instead of drawing a thick half-moon over your entire cheek. This prevents it from settling into fine lines by midday.

And one more thing: a concealer half a shade lighter than your foundation works beautifully, but a full shade lighter usually doesn't. That just gives you a light mask effect instead of rested eyes.
