Description

A creamy stick highlighter that adds shine and a touch of color to the areas where light hits your face.

Why it works

A face looks vibrant when light hits its high points: the tops of the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, and the brow bone. This stick enhances that effect with ethically sourced mica, a talc-free mineral that reflects light in fine, even particles. Not glittery, but a pearlescent glow that seems to come from the skin itself.

The difference compared to a colorless highlighter lies in the mineral pigments. These provide a subtle color tone, ensuring the glow is warm or cool rather than neutrally white, which makes it look more natural on most skin tones. The olive oil base keeps the texture creamy and soft, so the stick glides over your skin instead of pulling at it.

Who it's for

For anyone who wants a glow that also brings a bit of color, rather than just light. Especially great for drier or more mature skin, where powder highlighters often settle into fine lines. It can also be used on your eyelids and décolletage, which is convenient if you only want to carry one product.

About this shade

Champagne is a soft, golden-toned glow that works on almost any skin tone, from very light to medium. This is the safest choice of the three: warm enough to avoid looking gray, yet light enough that it never sits on your skin like a block of color.

How to use it

Apply as the final step, after your foundation and powder. Swipe a short line directly onto the high points and blend it out with your fingertips, a brush, or a damp sponge. Pat, don't rub, otherwise you'll push the foundation underneath away. If you want more intensity, you can layer it over a powder highlighter instead of building it up further.

A quick tip from me

The most common mistake is placement, not the amount. A stripe across your entire cheekbone quickly looks like a stripe; a short section on the highest edge, fading towards your temple, reads as skin catching the light. That makes all the difference.

And if you really can't decide between these three shades: choose one that is close to your own undertone, not the one that stands out most in the pot. If you don't want any color at all, the Highlight Glow Up Highlighter is the translucent version of the same idea.
