What's inside

In this formula, ResetPlus combines enzymes that each target a different type of food component: cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, and xylanase for plant fibers; amylase and glucoamylase for starch; alpha-galactosidase for sugars from legumes and cabbage; lipase for fats; protease and papain for proteins; and lactase for milk sugar. In addition, the capsule contains prebiotics, probiotics, and artichoke extract.

The manufacturer does not publish the exact quantities per capsule. I think that's a shame, and I would rather tell you than keep it from you.

For whom

This is one of the supplements used within a ResetPlus program, usually at the beginning. Whether it makes sense for you depends on what exactly you are doing and what you are already taking. That is not a question a product page can answer for you.

How to use it

Follow the dosage on the label of your jar and do not exceed the recommended daily amount. ResetPlus itself recommends taking this as a course, for at least three months. A dietary supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing medical treatment.

What I would like to share with you

You will not read any promises on this page about digestion, bowels, or bloating. Not because there is nothing to tell, but because European legislation does not allow any health claims for enzymes, probiotics, and plant extracts. Whoever promises it to you is simply breaking the rules, no matter how convincing it sounds.

I think it is more correct to just tell you that. What I can tell you is why this jar is here and what I see in the people who complete a full program. I prefer to have that conversation at the table rather than through a webshop.

And this is part of it: do not count on two weeks. If you start this, you are starting for months.
