What's inside

The base is the same broad enzyme mix that ResetPlus uses elsewhere: cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, and xylanase for plant fibers, amylase and glucoamylase for starch, alpha-galactosidase for the sugars in legumes and cabbage, lipase for fats, protease and papain for proteins, and lactase for milk sugar. It also contains caprylic acid, quercetin, an extract of Melaleuca alternifolia, and vitamins A and E.

The formula is free from fructose, lactose, casein, gluten, soy, and gelatin. The manufacturer does not disclose the exact quantities per capsule, not even for the two vitamins. As a result, I cannot tell you with certainty whether they meet the threshold required by Europe for an official vitamin claim, so I prefer to omit that claim.

Who it's for

This bottle belongs in a ResetPlus program, not as a standalone purchase on the off chance it might help. Whether it is right for you, and whether it makes sense alongside your other supplements, is something we should look at together.

How to use it

Follow the dosage on the label and do not exceed the recommended daily amount. A dietary supplement does not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, or ongoing medical treatment.

What I would like to emphasize

The original description for this product was full of all the things it was supposed to support. I have removed that, because European legislation does not permit any health claims for enzymes, quercetin, caprylic acid, and tea tree. That is no minor detail: it is precisely the difference between an honest webshop and one that sells you something using words that are not allowed.

What I can tell you: this is a supplement that only gains meaning within a broader plan, and that plan is about what you eat, how you sleep, and how you move. A capsule is the smallest of those four.
