How to use it

In the morning as the last step, after your serum. And here is the detail most people get wrong: for the stated SPF, you need about two finger lengths of product for your face and neck combined. Anyone using a pea-sized amount will get much less protection in practice. So, apply generously, work in upward strokes, and don't forget your neck and ears. If you are outside for half a day, reapply in between using a separate sunscreen.

What I would like to share

In the treatment room, I see perfectly cared-for faces above a neck that looks ten years older. This is rarely due to a lack of cream; it is due to insufficient protection in that specific area. Include your neck and décolleté every morning, even in November, even if you are just going to the car and the office. And be honest with yourself about the quantity: a 50 ml jar that lasts six months as a day cream with SPF means you aren't using enough. Expect it to last closer to two months.
