Glo Skin Beauty Dual Fiber Face Brush

A brush with two types of fibers, short and long mixed together, which you use to build up foundation in thin layers. Synthetic and vegan.

What it's for

For light, airy coverage. Because the bristles are less densely packed than those of a kabuki brush, this brush picks up less product and distributes it more finely. That is exactly what you want if you still want your skin to show through.

How to use it

Dip only the tips into your foundation and work over your face using light, tapping motions. Do not press: with this brush, the long bristles do the work, and they lose their effect as soon as you push them flat. Build up in two thin layers instead of one thick one.

A tip from me

Wash it every two weeks with mild soap in lukewarm water, keeping the bristles pointing down so that no water runs into the metal ferrule. Afterward, gently reshape the fibers to their original form and let it dry flat with the brush head over the edge of a towel.

This is a brush that people sometimes think doesn't work because so little product stays on it. That’s not the brush, that’s the idea behind it: thin and layered. Give it two weeks, and you’ll usually never want to go back.
