Glo Skin Beauty Dual Fiber Eye Brush

An eyeshadow brush with two types of fibers, short and long mixed together, for light layers and soft blending. Synthetic and vegan.

What it's for

For an eye look that you build up in layers. The long fibers pick up very little pigment, allowing you to add color gradually instead of being stuck with a high intensity right away. Great if you prefer a soft, natural look.

How to use it

Dip only the tips into your eyeshadow and work over your eyelid using light, tapping motions. Do not press: the long hairs do the work, and they lose their effect as soon as you push them flat. Build up until you are satisfied.

My advice

Wash it every two weeks with mild soap in lukewarm water, with the hairs pointing downwards so that no water runs into the metal ferrule where the glue is. Push the fibers back into their original shape and let it dry flat with the head over the edge of a towel.

The skin of your eyelid is thinner than the rest of your face and reacts faster. That is one of the reasons why I prefer eye brushes to be washed a little more often than face brushes.
