Glo Skin Beauty Crayon Sharpener

A sharpener that fits Glo Skin Beauty lip and eye crayons.

What it's for

A crayon is thicker than a regular pencil and therefore does not fit in a standard sharpener. This opening is designed for that diameter, allowing the blade to shave the crayon evenly all around instead of scraping it away on just one side.

How to use it

Put the crayon in the fridge for half an hour before sharpening. A creamy formula is too soft at room temperature and will smear inside the blade instead of curling away. Then, rotate the sharpener around the crayon, not the crayon in the sharpener, and do not apply any pressure.

A quick tip from me

Clean the blade after every use with a dry cotton pad or an old toothbrush. Residue from a previous color stays behind in the opening and will end up on your next crayon, which is immediately noticeable if you are going from a nude to a red.

Keep it dry and separate in your makeup bag, not loose among your pencils: a damp or dirty sharpener is the quickest way to make a crayon break.
