Glo Skin Beauty Powder Blush - Sweet

A mineral powder blush that gives your cheeks a fresh color, without your face looking like it's wearing makeup.

Why it works

Blush is often blamed when the result looks too harsh, but that is rarely due to the color. It is about how finely the pigment is milled. This powder is very fine, allowing you to build it up in thin layers: you start with almost nothing and add until it is right, instead of creating a patch all at once.

The base is talc-free, with mica and boron nitride, which makes the texture silky smooth and allows the powder to glide over your skin instead of gripping into it. It also contains green tea extract and antioxidants such as vitamin E.

For whom

For all skin types, including sensitive skin. Especially great if your skin looks flat or tired: a little color on your cheeks usually does more than an extra layer of foundation.

And also if you normally don't wear blush because you find it too much. Tap your brush on the back of your hand first, and you will see how little you actually need.

How to use it

Pick up the powder with a blush brush, tap off the excess, and sweep lightly over the apple of your cheek, towards your temple. If you want more color, add a second layer instead of pressing harder.

Also works on your eyelids and lips if you want a look in a single color family.

About this color

Sweet is a soft peach-pink with a sheen. That sheen gives your cheeks some extra light, so you need even less of this than a matte color.

What I would like to share

What I most often point out to customers: don't smile while applying your blush. Everyone does it, but on a smiling cheek, you place the color too high and too round, and as soon as your face relaxes, that flush is in a place where it doesn't belong. Look straight ahead with a relaxed face and work from your cheek towards your temple.

For a color with a sheen, I have one more tip: don't apply it over an area with visible pores or texture. Shimmering particles catch light and make imperfections just a little more noticeable. Keep it on the round, smooth part of your cheek.
