Return & Refund Policy – Beauty Plan
At Beauty Plan, I strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Because I work with beauty and skincare products, I adhere to clear guidelines to guarantee quality, safety, and hygiene.
1. Right of Withdrawal & Exceptions
Non-returnable products
For hygienic reasons, opened, used, or damaged beauty products cannot be returned.
Products with a broken seal are also not eligible for return or refund.
Returnable products
Unopened, unused, and completely intact products (with original packaging and seal) can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. How to request a return?
Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@beautyplan.be with your name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
You will receive confirmation and return instructions from me.
Return the product securely packaged to the address provided.
Once the return has been received and checked, you will receive a notification.
Please note: return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Beauty Plan.
3. Damaged or incorrect products
Is your order damaged or incorrectly delivered?
Report this within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos of:
the product
the packaging
the shipping label
In that case, the costs and replacement will of course be covered by Beauty Plan.
4. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the return:
The amount will be refunded within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Products that are opened, used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be refunded. 5. Undelivered packages / incorrect address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the package needs to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will be charged.
