Description
The plant-based meal shake from the range, with a neutral vanilla flavor.
Why it works
This version does not get its protein from milk, but from pea and oat protein. That is the main difference compared to the chocolate and strawberry flavors. Otherwise, the composition is the same: the Zinobiotic fiber blend with psyllium husk, resistant corn starch, inulin, and beta-glucans from oats, supplemented with MCT fats, quinoa, pineapple, and papaya. It also contains spinach and kale, as well as 25 vitamins and minerals.
Proteins contribute to the maintenance of muscle mass. Calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function.
Plant-based protein feels slightly less creamy than whey. This is not a flaw, it is simply a different texture. If you are used to milk-based shakes, it may take some getting used to.
For whom
For those who cannot tolerate milk or choose a plant-based diet. And for those who like to add their own ingredients: the vanilla flavor is neutral enough to combine with a semi-frozen banana, some berries, or a spoonful of almond butter without clashing.
Please note: this contains oats, so it is not suitable for those who must avoid them.
How to use it
As a full meal replacement, mix two 30-gram sachets with 250 ml of water and shake for a few seconds. For a snack, take one sachet with 250 ml of skimmed milk or a plant-based alternative.
If you make it in a blender with fruit: keep in mind that you are also adding calories. Half a piece of fruit is enough for flavor; a full smoothie is something different than a meal replacement.
Replacing two daily meals of an energy-restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. Replacing one daily meal contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss.
What I would like to share with you
I notice that people who choose plant-based diets are often already mindful of their nutrition, and the question is not whether they eat healthily, but whether they are getting enough protein. That is exactly where plant-based eaters most often fall short, especially from a certain age, and you see that over time in your muscle mass and skin.
That is why I find this variant more interesting than it seems at first glance. It is not just an alternative for those who cannot tolerate milk; it is also simply an easy way to keep your protein intake on track.
Are you unsure which flavor or variant suits you best? Feel free to send me a message, and we can look into it together.
