Why it works

Each shot contains 8,000 mg of hydrolyzed fish collagen, types I and III, supplemented with 120 mg of hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, biotin, zinc, copper, and magnesium. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.

The shot is liquid and cherry-flavored. You drink it as is, without mixing.

How to use it

I am a fan of collagen, but I am also honest about what you can expect. Ten days is a treatment, not a miracle cure.
