Why it works

With omega, it’s not about how much you consume, but about the ratio between omega-6 and omega-3. For many people, this ratio is skewed, even for those who eat fish regularly twice a week. BalanceOil+ combines fish oil with olive oil from early-harvested olives. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart with a daily intake of 250 mg.

How to use it

Every day, at the same time, with food. The dosage depends on your body weight; you will find this on the packaging. Keep the bottle in the refrigerator after opening and use it within the specified timeframe.

What I’d like you to know

Start with the test before you start taking the oil. Not because you have to, but because otherwise, four months later, you won't know if anything has changed. You take the test at home, start the oil immediately, and after four months, you measure again. Then you can see in black and white what has happened. Most people have already noticed a difference by then; the test simply confirms it.
